Why are all my dates blacked out on the booking page

Usually, dates get blacked out on booking pages when the staff working hours or business hours do not coincide and are not set up properly.

If all your dates are blacked out on the booking page, it’s likely due to one of the following reasons:

  1. Availability settings not configured. Click here to learn how to set your availability correctly.

  2. Your calendar feed is not connected. If you're using an external calendar (e.g., Google Calendar), this is how to ensure it’s properly connected and syncing.

  3. Staff or service availability issues. Make sure your staff members or services are scheduled with the correct availability. Here's how to check this.

  4. Bookings are blocked or restricted. If you have certain dates blocked or restricted in your settings, those dates will appear blacked out. You can check your settings here.
