Upvio supports two-way synchronization. You can connect an external calendar at either business or personal level.
Calendar syncing works by importing busy times from your external calendar and exporting appointments to it. This functionality helps prevent double bookings and ensures that your schedule remains coordinated across the platform.
IMPORTANT:
Business Calendar - all events or occupied time slots from the business calendar will be imported into Upvio. This means that if you link to a business calendar, all staff members will also be marked as busy and unavailable for bookings on their Upvio calendars.
Personal Calendar - all personal events will be imported into Upvio and will not impact on the availability of other staff members.
