This allows you to limit the display of availability for your patients at a business or service level. They won't be able to book past the limit set. This article will guide you through how.
IMPORTANT:
By default, the service availability limit is inherited from business
To set availability limit at a business level, please refer to these steps:
- Log in to your Upvio account
- Go to Settings
- Click Calendar Settings under Business
- Adjust the Booking availability limit
To set availability limit at a service level, please refer to these steps:
- Log in to your Upvio account
- Go to Resources then click Services
- Click the service you wish to configure
- Scroll down until you see Availability limit
- Untick the box for Inherit from business
- Set the availability limit
NOTE: Do not forget to save changes
