How to limit Booking Availability

This allows you to limit the display of availability for your patients at a business or service level. They won't be able to book past the limit set. This article will guide you through how.

IMPORTANT:

By default, the service availability limit is inherited from business


To set availability limit at a business level, please refer to these steps:

  1. Log in to your Upvio account
  2. Go to Settings 
  3. Click Calendar Settings under Business
  4. Adjust the Booking availability limit

To set availability limit at a service level, please refer to these steps:

  1. Log in to your Upvio account
  2. Go to Resources then click Services
  3. Click the service you wish to configure
  4. Scroll down until you see Availability limit
  5. Untick the box for Inherit from business
  6. Set the availability limit

NOTE: Do not forget to save changes
