Easily manage and customize staff assignments for each service
Follow the steps below to assign a staff to a service:

Open the Services menu on the left-hand side to view the list of available services.

Select the service you want to edit.

Scroll down to find the Primary Staff section.

By default, the option any staff member can provide this service is checked. To assign specific staff, untick this box.

Select the staff member you want to assign from the dropdown. You may assign multiple staff for a single service.

Click on Save Changes to apply changes.
Note: Services with multiple staffs will be distributed in a round-robin manner by the system.
