Will the notifications and reminders get sent following the business time zone or the staff timezone?

Reminders and notifications are sent to the staff and patient based on the time of the appointment, regardless of timezone.

For example: The staff timezone follows Chicago time (PDT) and the business timezone is on Los Angeles time (CDT), and the appointment is set on Dec. 10, 2023 1PM PDT.

If the reminder is set to 1 hour before the appointment, it will send the notification on Dec. 10, 2023 12PM PDT or Dec. 10, 2023 2PM CDT. Either way, the recipient receives the notification an hour before the appointment.

The same concept applies to notifications sent out to patients who are in a different timezone.
