Why did Upvio book me when I was unavailable?

Upvio respects times that are marked as booked in your synced calendar. However, conflicts may arise when your calendar is not synced properly.

Upvio syncs every 15 minutes. Sometimes, when you make changes like manually adding appointments, it may happen in between syncs which affects bookings on your calendar.

If you add an appointment manually and would like to see it straight away, simply follow the steps below:

 

Upvio - Calendar Sync

  1. Log in to your Upvio account.
  2. Go to Settings and select Calendar Sync.
  3. Click the menu icon and Pause sync.
  4. Click the menu icon again and Resume sync.

Upvio will then automatically pull in your synced appointments.
