What do I do if the participant didn't receive the Session link?

You can quickly ensure that the participant receives the correct session link for their session by following these steps.

 

If a patient hasn’t received their session link from Upvio, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Verify the participant's contact information in the system.
  2. Check if the session was confirmed and if the session link has been sent.
  3. Go to the appointment details in Upvio, and click Enter Video Room.
  4. Copy the link from the Participants tab, and resend it via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  5. If the participant didn’t receive the session link via SMS, ask them to check their spam or junk folder.
  6. Ensure the notification settings in Upvio are correctly configured for the appointment.
