You can quickly ensure that the participant receives the correct session link for their session by following these steps.
If a patient hasn’t received their session link from Upvio, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Verify the participant's contact information in the system.
- Check if the session was confirmed and if the session link has been sent.
- Go to the appointment details in Upvio, and click Enter Video Room.
- Copy the link from the Participants tab, and resend it via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
- If the participant didn’t receive the session link via SMS, ask them to check their spam or junk folder.
- Ensure the notification settings in Upvio are correctly configured for the appointment.
