What to do if the patient didn't receive the Telehealth link?

You can quickly ensure that the patient receives the correct telehealth link for their appointment by following these steps.

 

If a patient hasn’t received their telehealth link from Upvio, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Verify the patient’s contact information in the system.
  2. Check if the appointment was confirmed and if the telehealth link has been sent.
  3. Go to the appointment details in Upvio, and click Enter Video Room.
  4. Copy the link from the Participants tab, and resend it via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  5. If the patient didn’t receive the link via SMS, ask them to check their spam or junk folder.
  6. Ensure the notification settings in Upvio are correctly configured for the appointment.
