Deleting or disabling a staff member will both prevent the user from being booked. However, these actions have their nuances.
Disabling a staff member will only prevent them from being booked, but they can still log in to the app and access the business.
Deleting a staff member will permanently remove them from the business. When a staff member is deleted, all historical data under that user will also be deleted.
Note: We are currently working on how data is retained in Upvio. If you wish to keep the historical data after removing a staff member, you may first disable the staff member and then remove their seat to prevent them from accessing the platform without deleting past records.
