You can restart the booking page by clicking the Refresh icon, usually located in the lower right-hand corner of the booking page.
Upvio retains the user's booking page progress, meaning if you or your patient initiate the booking process, get distracted or browse elsewhere, and return, the Upvio booking form will be in the exact same state where it was left.
Sometimes, you don’t want this to happen. If you append the parameter ?reset=true to the end of your URL, it will restart fresh every time.
Example: http://Upvio.com/book/Upvio?reset=true
Or you can simply click the Refresh icon located at the lower right-hand corner of the booking page.
