Why was a telehealth consultation redirecting to Google Meet instead of using Upvio’s native platform?

The redirection occurred because the primary staff assigned to the service had their location type set to a custom Google Meet URL. In Upvio, the primary staff’s settings take precedence over others, even if additional staff are correctly configured. Updating the primary staff's location to “Upvio Telehealth” resolves the issue.
