How to set up Team Bookings

Team Bookings requires two or more staff and resources to be present at the same time. It typically involves features for booking team meetings, managing appointments, and ensuring collaborative scheduling.

To set up Team Bookings, please refer to these steps:

  1. Log in to your Upvio account then go to Resources 
  2. Click on Services 
  3. Click the service you wish to configure team bookings
  4. Scroll down until you see the Primary and Additional Staff section
  5. Select the Primary Staff who will provide the service
  6. Tick the box for Requires additional staff member then select the additional staff
  7. You can enable all selected additional staff or set how many are required to be available

NOTE: Do not forget to save changes
