How do I set staff time zone?

Staff time zones involve managing different time zones within a team for effective scheduling and communication across global teams.

How to set Staff Time Zone

To set staff time zone, please refer to these steps:

  1. Log in to your Upvio account then go to Staff
  2. Select the staff you wish to configure
  3. Click Edit Profile
  4. Scroll down to Timezone & Working hours
  5. Untick the box for Inherit from business then select the time zone from the drop-down menu.
  6. Save settings.
