Buffer time is the amount of time that cannot be booked before or after an appointment. This can be set at service level or business level. Buffer time is useful for note-taking after a meeting or preparing for an upcoming one.
To configure buffer time for individual service, please refer to these steps:
- Log in to your Upvio account, then navigate to Services.
- Select the service you wish to configure.
- Scroll down until you see the Buffer ‘before and after appointment’ section.
- Set the buffer time and hit Save.
To configure buffer time at a business level, please refer to these steps:
- Log in to your Upvio account
- Navigate to Settings
- Under Business, select Calendar Settings
- Set the buffer time and click Save.
NOTE:
Minimum buffer time is 0 minutes.
Maximum buffer time allowed is 24 hours or 1440 minutes.
