Quick guide to chat during the session

Clear communication is vital for successful client interactions. This guide outlines essential steps for using chat during a session to enhance understanding and engagement.

 

The chat feature helps clarify questions and share information, enhancing the session experience. By following these steps, you can ensure a smooth and effective session:

  1. Choose your scheduled appointment and click the Enter The Video Room button.

  2. Inside the room, click the Join button to connect.

  3. Look at the Participants' tab to see if your client is present. If they are, send a message to confirm they're ready.

  4. Once your client is ready, enable your Audio and Webcam for clear communication.
