How do I create ad-hoc session?

You can use ad-hoc bookings when you need to offer available times to someone on the fly, apart from your regular services. This article will show you how to create one.

 

Ad-hoc session allows you to share your selected availability or suggest some suitable times without granting full access to your calendar and ongoing availability. 

To create ad-hoc or spontaneous session, please refer to these steps:

  1. Log in to your Upvio account
  2. On the bottom right-hand side in the Calendar View, click + button. Alternatively, you may drag the time slots of your availability.
  3. Select Ad-hoc session. If you choose to drag the time on your calendar, you will find Ad-hoc session on the upper right-hand side under New Event.
  4. Fill out the New Event form on the sidebar. You can also drag and drop the time from the calendar
  5. Click Create ad-hoc session

You will then see the event added to your calendar.
