How to update or change Billing address

Keeping your patients' billing addresses current ensures invoices and payment details are accurate and timely. Whether they've moved or need to correct an address, updating this information is simple and prevents billing issues and delays.

 

This guide will walk you through the steps to update your patients' billing addresses. Follow these steps to ensure your patient's account information is current and correct:

 

  1. Go to Patients Record Section

  2. Select a patient

  3. Click the pencil icon or the view more button to go to edit profile page.

  4. Scroll down and look for Billing Details

  5. Click Add billing details and fill out the fields.

 

Note: If you want to update the patient's address, you can do it by clicking change, and proceed to providing the updated address of the patient.
