How do I share my availability using Time Slots?

Time Slots is the fastest and simplified way to share your availability with one link. This article will guide you how to use this feature.

 

To share your availability using Time Slots, please refer to these steps:

1. Log in to your Upvio account
2. On the bottom right-hand side in the Calendar View, click on the Time Slots Availability button next to the + button.
3. On the calendar panel, drag the desired time slot you want to share. You can even select times outside your regular working hours
4. A preview of the set time slot will appear on the right sidebar. Enter the appointment title, choose a practitioner, and set the meeting's duration and location (physical or virtual).
5. Specify the maximum number of appointments allowed for booking.
6. Lastly, set the duration between booking slots (default is 30 minutes, e.g., 9:00, 9:30, etc.).
7. Review the details and click Generate Time Slots link.
8. Share the link effortlessly through WhatsApp and Email. Alternatively, copy the link or click directly to access it.

NOTE: The link will become inactive once the maximum number of appointments is reached.
