How to send an email to clients using Upvio

Upvio makes patient communication streamlined and organized with a secure and easy-to-use email feature.

 

Follow the steps below to connect with your patients using Upvio’s email feature:

  1. Log in and go to the Inbox section.

  2. Click Compose to create a new email.

  3. From the list, select the patient you wish to email.

  4. Choose a template or write your own message.

  5. Add a subject line and click Send.

  6. Access the conversation thread to review or continue the discussion.
