How to Invite a Patient to the Upvio Portal?

Inviting your patients to the portal is simple and hassle-free.

 



Follow these steps:
  • 1. Log in to your Upvio account and navigate to the Patients section.
  • 2.Select a client from your list.
  • 3. In the patient’s profile, click the Invite to Portal button in the top-right corner.
  • 4. A pop-up will appear where you can add a subject and message. Personalize it as needed.
  • 5. Once you’re ready, click Send Message to send the invitation.

Note: You can send one invite per client per hour. Be sure to space out your invitations accordingly.
