How do I invite a patient to the Upvio portal?

Inviting your patients to the portal is simple and hassle-free.



Follow these steps:
  1. Log in to your Upvio account and navigate to the Patients section.
  2. Select a client from your list.
  3. In the patient’s profile, click the Invite to Portal button in the top-right corner.
  4. A pop-up will appear where you can add a subject and message. Personalize it as needed.
  5. Once you’re ready, click Send Message to send the invitation.
Note: You can send one invite per client per hour. Be sure to space out your invitations accordingly.
