Once disabled, the staff member will no longer have access or be available for bookings, but their account will remain in the system for future reactivation if needed.
Disabling a staff member in Upvio is simple. Follow these steps:
- Log in to your Upvio account.
- Go to the Staff section from the dashboard.
- Select the staff member you want to disable.
- Click on their profile, then choose Disable.
- Save your changes to apply the update.
