How do I create secure message templates?

If you have regular or recurring communications to share, you can create templates to standardize and streamline the process.

 

Follow the steps below to successfully create a custom message template:

  1. Click Settings on the left side menu.

  2. Select Message Templates under Accounts and click +New message Template.

  3. Add a name, description, and content for your template. 

  4. Click Create to save the template.

Note: You cannot delete the message template after you have created it. However, you can still edit the message templates by clicking the pencil button beside the specific template.
