How to create notes in Patients Profile

Creating a note in a patient’s profile is simple and quick. Follow these easy steps:

 

1. Log into your Upvio account and go to the Patients section.
2. Click on the name of the patient you want to add a note for.
3. Click on the Notes tab in the patient’s profile.
4. Click the +New button or Add note button, and choose between Blank or From template to enter your note details.
5. Click Save to store the note in the patient's profile.
