Coupons feature allows you to reward valued patients with exclusive deals and discounts. Here’s a step-by-step guide on creating and applying coupons to enhance patient engagement and loyalty.
To create coupons, please refer to these steps:
- Login to your Upvio account, then go to Settings.
- Under Client Billing, click Coupons and click + New Coupon.
- Fill in coupon details like name, discount type (percentage or fixed amount), value expiration date, and any usage limits.
- Click Save to create and store your coupon.
Note: The coupon name is reflected in the invoice, so it’s best to make it descriptive for your clients. If you'd like to make changes, you can only edit the company name or delete the coupon. that you can edit and delete coupon but changes can only be made to the coupon name.
