etting up your billing in Upvio is simple and straightforward. Follow these steps to get started with Client Billing and connect your Stripe account.

 

 

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Access Settings:
    •Click on the Settings option in your Upvio dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Client Billing:

    •Go to Client Billing and click Get Started.

  3. Select Your Country:

    •Choose your country from the dropdown menu.

    •Note: Once selected, this cannot be changed later.

  4. Begin Onboarding:

    •Click Get Started.

    •On the next page, you will see the Onboarding Client Billing section.
  5. Connect Your Stripe Account:

    •Enter your phone number and email address, then click Continue.

    •Verify your phone number with the code sent to you.

    •Fill in your basic business information.

  6. Verify Personal Information:

    •Provide personal details like your name, email address, date of birth, and address.

    •Select your industry and complete your profile with a product description.

    •Click Continue.

  7. Connect Your Bank Account:

    •Follow the prompts to connect your bank account. (For test accounts, this will be filled out automatically.)

  8. Fill Out the Statement Descriptor:

    •This information will appear on bills sent to your patients.

    •Enter your phone number and click Continue.

  9. Review and Submit:

    •Review your details.

    •Click Agree and Submit.
