How patients receive receipts for Paid Bookings?

Patients receive a receipt for every paid booking through Upvio, ensuring they have all the necessary documentation for their payments.

To access receipts, please refer to the following steps:

1. Receive an invoice email after booking and completing payment.
2. Click the "Pay Now" button in the email to view invoice details.
3. From the invoice details page, choose to:
  • Download PDF of the invoice.
  • Pay Now if payment has not been completed.
4. If paying, enter payment information. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
5. After payment, download the invoice or receipt from the payment confirmation page.
6. Return to the invoice details to view that the invoice has been paid and download the receipt.

This ensures that patients have easy access to their payment receipts.
