Patients receive a receipt for every paid booking through Upvio, ensuring they have all the necessary documentation for their payments.
Payment receipts are automatically generated and can be downloaded immediately after payment or accessed in the Upvio platform. To access receipts within Upvio, please refer to the following steps:
- Receive an invoice email after booking and completing payment.
- Click the Pay Now button in the email to view invoice details.
- From the invoice details page, choose to:
- Download PDF of the invoice.
- Pay Now if payment has not been completed.
- If paying, enter payment information. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- After payment, download the invoice or receipt from the payment confirmation page.
- Return to the invoice details to view that the invoice has been paid and download the receipt.
