How do I use the HIPAA-compliant telehealth video & chat?

To enable your HIPAA-compliant video and chat, you may set this as a location for each of your staff and services.

Upvio - Service Location

Please follow the steps below to set up your HIPAA-compliant chat and telehealth video call for staff members:

  1. Log in to your Upvio account.
  2. Click Services and choose a service you'd like to update.
  3. Scroll down to the Location section.
  4. Select Custom and choose Upvio Telelehealth Video and Chat from the drop-down list.
  5. Scroll down and click Save Changes

Note: Staff location takes precendence over service location. If you wish to change this, tick Override staff location below the location dropdown.

Please follow the steps below to set up your HIPAA-compliant video and chat for staff members:

  1. Log in to your Upvio account.
  2. Select Staff and choose a staff member you'd like to update.
  3. Click Edit Profile and scroll down to the Location section.
  4. Choose Upvio Telelehealth Video and Chat from the drop-down list and click Save Changes.
