To enable your HIPAA-compliant video and chat, you may set this as a location for each of your hosts and services.
Please follow the steps below to set up your HIPAA-compliant video and chat for Services.
- Log in to your Upvio account.
- Click Services and choose a service you'd like to update.
- Scroll down to the Location section.
- Select Custom and choose Upvio Telehealth Video and Chat from the drop-down list.
- Scroll down and click Save Changes
Note: Host's location takes precedence over service location. If you wish to change this, tick Override staff location below the location dropdown.
Please follow the steps below to set up your HIPAA-compliant video and chat for hosts.
- Log in to your Upvio account.
- Select Staff and choose a staff member you'd like to update.
- Click Edit Profile and scroll down to the Location section.
- Choose Upvio Telelehealth Video and Chat from the drop-down list and click Save Changes.
