Upvio allows you to generate personalized notifications for appointment creation, rescheduling, cancellation, and post-follow-up appointments. These notifications can be sent via email or SMS.

To create custom notifications, please refer to these steps:
- Log in to your Upvio account, then go to Settings
- Click Notifications, then New Event
- From the drop-down menus, select the Event Notification, Notification Type, and Recipient
- Click the service that you wish to configure. You can set it for all services
- Click Create
