How do I create custom notifications?

Upvio allows you to generate personalized notifications for appointment creation, rescheduling, cancellation, and post-follow-up appointments. These notifications can be sent via email or SMS.

How to create Custom Notification

To create custom notifications, please refer to these steps:

  1. Log in to your Upvio account, then go to Settings
  2. Click Notifications then New Event
  3. From the drop-down menus, select the Event Notification, Notification Type and Recipient
  4. Click the service that you wish to configure. You can set it for all services
  5. Click Create
