How to set working hours in a staff level

To set staff working hours, please refer to these steps:

  1. Log in to your Upvio account then go to Resources
  2. Select the Staff you wish to modify the working hours
  3. Click Edit Profile
  4. Scroll down until you see Timezone & Working hours then click Change working hours
  5. Set the working hours at that point, and when you click Save changes, you can select whether it applies to just the current week or extends to all the upcoming weeks.
  6. Click Confirm

Alternatively, you may set working hours on a service level.
