How do I edit my confirmation page?

Customizing your confirmation page and ensuring it aligns with your branding is as straightforward as editing the other pages on your form.

To edit your confirmation page, please refer to these steps: 

1. Log in to your Upvio account then go to Forms
2. Select the form you wish to configure
3. Click the Confirmation page
4. Navigate to the right-hand panel and update as necessary.
5. Once you're all set, click Publish for the changes to reflect on the live form.
