You can set business working hours in settings.
Staff working hours override business working hours, and the service working hours act like a mesh or subset of your staff working hours.
For instance, if your staff works from 12 pm to 5 pm, and you set the service working hours to be from 12 pm to 1 pm, this means the service will only be available between 12 pm and 1 pm.
Another example is if your staff's working hours are from 12 pm to 5 pm, and your service-specific working hours are set from 9 am to 11 am. In this case, there will be no availability, as there is no overlapping time between the staff and service working hours.
To set business working hours, please refer to these steps:
- Log in to your Upvio account then go to Settings
- Click Business Hours
