Group bookings enable multiple patients to schedule the same service with the same staff simultaneously. This feature allows efficient coordination for services involving several participants at once.
IMPORTANT:
If you have multiple staff working at the same time, you'll have more time slots. For example, if you offer 3 time slots per session and have 2 staff members working simultaneously, you'll have 6 time slots available.
To control the number of slots, assign one staff member per service.
To set up group bookings, please refer to these steps:

Log in to your Upvio account then go to Services

Click the service you wish to configure

Scroll down to Group bookings and set the bookings per time slot.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes.
