How to create post-follow-up notifications

Creating post-follow-up notifications includes defining follow-up purpose and timing, automated notification, personalizing content, selecting delivery channels (e.g., email, SMS), testing for accuracy and timeliness.

To create post-follow-up notifications, please refer to these steps:

  1. Log in to your Upvio account then go to Settings
  2. Click Notifications then Follow-ups
  3. Click New Follow-up
  4. From the drop-down menu, select who should be the recipient
  5. Click the specific service/s that you wish to configure the notification. You can set it up for all services.
  6. Select the Notification Type
  7. Set when should the follow-up be sent, may it be minutes, hours or even days after
  8. Click Create
