To create post-follow-up notifications, please refer to these steps:
- Log in to your Upvio account, then go to Settings
- Click Notifications then Follow-ups
- Click New Follow-up
- From the drop-down menu, select who should be the recipient
- Click the specific service/s that you wish to configure the notification. You can set it up for all services.
- Select the Notification Type
- Set when should the follow-up be sent, may it be minutes, hours, or even days after
- Click Create
