Learn how to capture client-specific data and allow seamless data migration to manage workflows and enhance care delivery with Custom Fields.
To create custom fields, please refer to these steps:
- Login to your Upvio account, then go to Settings.
- Select Custom Fields under Account.
- Click New Field and choose a field type.
- Fill in the necessary details and hit Save.
The new field will now be available in the patient records under Additional Info tab. Please note that any custom field created cannot be deleted.
Note:
Field types and their accepted values:
Text - open field
Number - numeric data only
Date - date only
Boolean - yes/no values
Select - choices from predefined options
