Timezones are detected automatically by Upvio through your computer's settings and also the country code associated with your phone number.

We automatically determine your timezone by using your computer's settings, and this adjustment also applies to your phone number's country code.

You have the option to override this by modifying the time settings.

All times are converted to business hours and displayed as relative times for both the patient and the business/staff to avoid any confusion.
