Group Appointment Cancellations Not Reflected via API and Webhook Events

Issue: A user reported that cancellations for group appointments were not being accurately reflected in the Upvio system—specifically within webhook events and the Appointments API endpoint which only impacted group bookings.

Resolution: After investigation, the client confirmed that the issue was caused by an internal pipeline error on their end, not by the Upvio API or webhook mechanisms. No action was required on Upvio’s part.
