Automatic EmailAfter payment is processed, Upvio automatically sends a receipt to the patient’s registered email address. This includes appointment details, the amount paid, and payment method.

Patient PortalPatients can access their receipts at any time through the Patient Portal. They can log in, navigate to Appointments or Billing History, and download past receipts.

Resend from Admin DashboardIf needed, as a practice owner, you can manually resend a receipt from the Admin Dashboard. Simply locate the payment and click Resend Receipt to send it again to the patient’s email.
