Does my participant receive a receipt for every paid session?
Yes, Upvio ensures that participants receive a receipt for every paid session. Here are the different ways participants can receive their receipt:

Automatic Email
After payment is processed, Upvio automatically sends a receipt to the patient's registered email address. This includes appointment details, the amount paid, and payment method.

Participant Portal
Patients can access their receipts at any time through the Participant Portal. They can log in, navigate to Appointments or Billing History, and download past receipts.

Resend from Admin Dashboard
If needed, as a practice owner, you can manually resend a receipt from the Admin Dashboard. Simply locate the payment and click Resend Receipt to send it again to the participant's email.

SMS Notifications
If your practice uses SMS notifications, Upvio can also send receipts via text message for quick access.

Mobile App
Participants using the Upvio mobile app can view and download their receipts directly from the app under the Appointments or Payments section.
