How do I set cancellation time?

Cancellation time in Upvio specifies the allowable window for appointment cancellations. Customize this setting to meet your preferences or business requirements for flexible yet controlled scheduling.

IMPORTANT: 

Minimum cancellation time - the patient cannot self-cancel the appointment with less than the minutes you set

To set up Cancellation Buffer, please refer to these steps:

1. Log in to your Upvio account then go to Services.
2. Click the service you wish to configure.
3. Scroll down to Minimum cancellation notice.
4. Set the time and click Save Changes.
