What do successful scans mean?
A successful scan occurs when the user completes the entire scanning process without errors and receives the expected metrics at the end.
How can I determine if my scan was successful?
- The scan will be marked as “Succeeded” in the scan link.
- It will appear in the graph that tracks scan results.
- It will also be counted in the Succeeded Scans counter.
What happens if I skip questions in the questionnaire?
- If some questions are skipped before the scan starts, certain metrics may not be measured.
- The scan can still be marked as Succeeded, but the results may be incomplete.
- To ensure full metrics are captured, complete all required questions before starting the scan.
Why are successful scans important?
Successful scans confirm that:
- The process ran smoothly without errors.
- The expected metrics were generated.
- Your results are properly reflected in dashboards and counters.
