How can I create a direct link to a booking page for my staff?

There are 3 types of booking pages - each with a different purpose. This article will help you generate links to each one.

IMPORTANT: 

Create the service/s first and add the staff member who can perform the service.

Upvio has 3 types of booking pages:

• Staff booking page - shows only the services of a staff member.
• Service booking page - takes your clients directly to booking the service.
• Public booking page - shows all your services and staff.

How to create the staff booking page link

To generate a link that takes your patients to a specific service attributed to a staff, please refer to these steps:

1. Log in to your Upvio account 
2. Go to Staff and find the staff member you'd like to generate the link for.
3. On the right side, in line with their name, click the menu bar (three dots)
4. Select Copy the booking form link.

You can either share the link or embed the staff booking page on your website.

How to create the service booking page link

To generate a link that takes your patients to a specific service attributed to a staff, please refer to these steps:

1. Log in to your Upvio account 
2. Go to Services and find the service you'd like to generate the link for.
3. On the right side, in line with the service name, click the menu bar (three dots).
4. Select Copy the booking form link.

You can either share the link or embed the service booking page on your website.

How to create the public booking page link

To generate a link that takes your patients to a specific service attributed to a staff, please refer to these steps:

1. Log in to your Upvio account 
2. Go to Settings
3. Select Booking Page under Forms & Pages
4. Click the menu bar (three dots) beside Your business booking form
5. Click Copy URL.
