2. Ensuring Notification Emails Are Sent:
To ensure appointment-related emails are received:

Confirm that a notification rule is assigned specifically to the “Business Owner” or desired user role in the Notification Settings.

Verify that all relevant recipient emails are listed in the “Copy To” (CC) field.

Check spam/junk folders and whitelist Upvio’s sender domain if needed.
3. Manager Access to Appointment Notifications:
Managers or administrative staff who wish to monitor bookings can be added as CC/BCC recipients under the Notification Settings for greater visibility and scheduling oversight.
