Weekend Schedule Editing and Notification Delivery Issues

Issue: This article addresses two common issues reported by users of the Upvio platform: Difficulty Editing Weekend Availability: Email Notification Delivery Issues:

RESOLUTION

1. Editing Weekend Availability:

If the platform appears unresponsive when editing weekend hours:

  • Try double-clicking and gently dragging the time block up or down to reveal editable areas.

  • Ensure you're using an up-to-date browser on a desktop/laptop for best results.

  • Clear browser cache and cookies to resolve any interface-related inconsistencies.

2. Ensuring Notification Emails Are Sent:

To ensure appointment-related emails are received:

  • Confirm that a notification rule is assigned specifically to the “Business Owner” or desired user role in the Notification Settings.

  • Verify that all relevant recipient emails are listed in the “Copy To” (CC) field.

  • Check spam/junk folders and whitelist Upvio’s sender domain if needed.

3. Manager Access to Appointment Notifications:

Managers or administrative staff who wish to monitor bookings can be added as CC/BCC recipients under the Notification Settings for greater visibility and scheduling oversight.
