How to view a single scan result
Accessing your data quickly is essential for tracking progress and making informed decisions. This guide explains the three ways to view scan results within the Upvio AI platform so you can choose the best method for your workflow.
Once a scan is completed, you can review the full details and metrics at any time. There are three ways to find a specific scan record in the dashboard. Both paths lead to the same results page, so you can choose the workflow that suits you best.
Method 1: Search by client
This method is best if you are looking for a specific person's history.
- Go to the Clients page.
- Select the client from the list. If you have a large database, simply type their name or email address into the search bar to find them instantly.
- Click on the scan record you wish to review. The detailed results page will open.
Method 2: Search by link
This method is best if you want to see results from a specific campaign.
- Go to the Link page.
- Click on the name of the link or campaign you want to review.
- You will see a list of everyone who used that specific link. Click on a client’s name to see their individual scan results.
Method 3: Search by scan list
The Scan section provides a raw feed of every scan attempt made on your account. Using this method is best if you want to see the most recent activity across all users or if you need to categorize scans by their status (e.g. finding scans that failed).
- Go to the Scans page.
- Find the scan in the list.
- Click directly on the scan row.
- The detailed results page will open.
