How to view a single scan result

Need to check a specific result? You can access scan details either by looking up a specific Client or by browsing the master Scans list. Here is how to use both methods.

Once a scan is completed, you can review the full details and metrics at any time. There are two ways to find a specific scan record in the dashboard. Both paths lead to the exact same results page, so you can choose the workflow that suits you best.

Method 1: Search by client

This method is best if you are looking for a specific person's history.

  1. Go to the Clients page.
  2. Select the specific client from the list (or use the search bar to find them).
  3. Click on the scan record you wish to review.
  4. The detailed results page will open.

Method 2: Search by scan list

This method is best if you want to see the most recent activity across all users.

  1. Go to the Scans page.
  2. FInd the scan in the list.
  3. Click directly on the scan row.
  4. The detailed results page will open.
Note: Whether you start from the Clients page or the Scans page, you will see the same metrics and data.
