How do I add Zoom to Upvio?

Connecting your Zoom account to Upvio is easy.

1.  Go to Settings.

2. Select Video conferencing under integrations.

3. Click on the Connect Zoom button. 

 (Sign in using your Zoom account credentials.)

How do I use Zoom in Upvio?

There are 2 ways for you to use Zoom for video conferencing after you have successfully connected your Zoom account.

1. Go to the Staff section.

2. Select a staff.
3. Click the three dots on the upper right.
4. Select Edit profile.
5. Scroll down to Location.
6. Select Autogenerated Zoom Meeting" from the drop-down list.
7. Click Save Settings.

 

The other way to use Zoom for your video conferencing is through Services.

1. Go to Service

2. Select a service and click on the location tab.

3. Choose Custom and select Autogenerated Zoom Meeting from the drop-down list.
   
   
4. Click Save Changes.

If you want to ensure that the service location will be used every time a booking is made for a specific service, then you will need to tick on "Override staff location"; otherwise, untick it to use the staff location.

There are 3 steps to successfully remove your Zoom account from Upvio.

2. Select Video Conferencing under integrations.
3. Click on Disconnect.
