Waiting room allows patient to wait in a secure, branded environment until the provider is ready to begin. This feature reduces confusion, improves punctuality, and supports a more professional and calm experience for both patients and practitioners.
Please follow the steps below to successfully add a waiting room:
1. Log in to your Upvio account.
2. Click Telehealth on the left sidebar.
3. Click the "plus" button on the waiting room section.
4. Add your waiting room name and Alias.
5. Click "Create Room".
NOE: You can create unlimited rooms.
