How do I create a manual appointment?

Whether you're scheduling on behalf of a client, managing walk-ins, or handling bookings outside your regular availability, this guide walks you through the steps to quickly create manual appointments.

 

To create a manual appointment, please refer to the following steps:
  1. Log in to your Upvio account and go to the Calendar.
  2. Select the desired date.
  3. Click on New Appointment or Ad Hoc Appointment.
  4. Select the patient, service, and staff member.
  5. Confirm the date, time, and duration of the appointment.
  6. Click Create Appointment to save.
