How to configure notification settings

Upvio allows users to customize notification settings, including changing the assigned recipient for specific notifications.

 

 

Whether you are reassigning appointment reminders or confirmation alerts, follow these steps to update the recipient:

1. Log in to Upvio and go to Settings

2. Under the notification section, click the + Event button.

3. Select an event Notification Type you wish to modify (e.g., appointment reminders, follow-ups).

4. Update the notification type and recipient.

5. Optional - Assign the notification to specific or all services.

6. Save Changes to apply updates.

Note: For existing notifications, the recipient, type, and services cannot be modified. Only the content can be edited. However, you can create multiple new notifications.
