How to complete a Vitals AI scan

Before the scan begins, we need to verify your identity and gather some basic profile information to ensure your results are accurate.

Tip: If you don't see it immediately, check your Spam or Promotions folder.

Open the confirmation email and click the button to verify your identity. This will return you to the scan flow.
Complete the short form. The questions asked here depend on the specific template chosen by your provider.

Once your profile is set, the system will prepare the camera for the measurement.

The system will request permission to use your camera. Click "Allow" in your browser pop-up to proceed. We cannot measure your vitals without seeing your face.
A set of on-screen instructions will appear. Please read these carefully to avoid a failed scan.
Position your face within the frame, press the Start button and hold still. The scan typically takes roughly 30 seconds. Breathe naturally and avoid talking.

As soon as processing is complete, you will be redirected to the Results Screen. Here, you can review your specific metrics and health insights.

Camera Issues: If the scan won't start, check your browser settings to ensure the website isn't blocked from accessing the camera.
Lighting: Ensure your face is evenly lit. Avoid strong backlighting (like a window behind you).
Stability: Place your phone or laptop on a stable surface rather than holding it in your hand to reduce shakiness.
