How do I view and edit my team's session on my calendar?

The multi-staff calendar view allows you to see session for your entire team at a glance, and setup new events with a simple click and drag on a time slot.

To view and edit your team's session in a single calendar view, please refer to these steps:

  1. Log in to your Upvio account.
  2. Select Resources from the dropdown above the calendar to view the session of all your filtered staff.
  3. Click and drag on the time slot under the staff you would like to create an session or time blocker for.
  4. The tab on the right will be auto-populated with the staff name, start and end time. You just have to add the name of the session and set a location.
  5. Click the create button to add the event in the calendar.
