The multi-staff calendar view allows you to see appointments for your entire team at a glance, and setup new events with a simple click and drag on a time slot.
To view and edit your team's appointments in a single calendar view, please refer to these steps:
- Log in to your Upvio account.
- Select Resources from the dropdown above the calendar to view the appointments of all your filtered staff.
- Click and drag on the time slot under the staff you would like to create an appointment or time blocker for.
- The tab on the right will be auto-populated with the staff name, start and end time. You just have to add the name of the appointment and set a location.
- Click the create button to add the event in the calendar.
