Buffer time is the amount of time that cannot be booked before or after a session. This can be set at the service level or business level. Buffer time is useful for note-taking after a meeting or preparing for an upcoming one.
To configure buffer time for individual service, please refer to these steps:
- Log in to your Upvio account, then navigate to Services.
- Select the service you wish to configure.
- Scroll down until you see the Buffer ‘before and after appointment’ section.
- Set the buffer time and hit Save.
To configure buffer time at a business level, please refer to these steps:
- Log in to your Upvio account
- Navigate to Settings
- Under Business, select Calendar Settings
- Set the buffer time and click Save.
NOTE:
Minimum buffer time is 0 minutes.
Maximum buffer time allowed is 24 hours or 1440 minutes.
