How do I enable Group Questions?

Previously, our forms only allowed one question per page. Now, you can create and add multiple form fields within a single page. This article will show you how.

 

To enable Group Questions, please refer to these steps:

1. Log in to your Upvio account then go to Forms.
2. Choose the form you wish to update or create a new one.
3. Click the (+) sign next to Questions on the left-hand side.
4. Select Group of questions under Form Structure.

This will automatically change the structure of your form to incorporate multiple questions in a single page. Continue editing the form as needed, and don't forget to hit Publish to ensure changes are reflected on the live form.
