How do I allow multiple participants to book the same session?

Group bookings enable multiple participants to schedule the same service with the same host simultaneously. This feature allows efficient coordination for services involving several participants at once.

IMPORTANT:  

If you have multiple hosts working at the same time, you'll have more time slots. For example, if you offer 3 time slots per session and have 2 hosts working simultaneously, you'll have 6 time slots available.  
To control the number of slots, assign one staff member per service.

To set up group bookings, please refer to these steps: 

1. Log in to your Upvio account then go to Services 

2. Click the service you wish to configure

3. Scroll down to Group bookings and set the bookings per time slot.

4. Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes
